Clard Kosovo

Mainly trough organizing Vocational formation trainings (VFT) complemented with improvement of entrepreneurial skills of unemployed youth of Kosovo, CLARD is continuing 5 years long practice inherited from MPDL in field of poverty reduction. Additionally, CLARD also engages in process of inter mediation process between potential employer and beneficiaries of the project or self-employment by providing certain tools package for start-up or ongoing business.

Every annual year there is a practice that for some number of beneficiaries, some number of trainings are organized in purpose of improvement their capabilities to be integrated in Kosovo labor market. These trainings are from year to year implemented in different geographical areas of Kosovo, according to identification assessment done previously. Project is done in coordination with Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and relevant Municipal Employment offices, according to Memorandum of Understanding signed between CLARD and Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, on annual basis.

Identification of the profiles is mainly done according to field research and recommendations of relevant Municipal employment office, and VFT are implemented in areas where MLSW don't have capacity of fulfilling labor market profiles demands.
